This is a relaxed opportunity for us to briefly chat about what’s bringing you to naturopathy, what you’re hoping to get support with, and whether I might be the right practitioner for you.
You’re welcome to ask questions about my approach, what working together looks like, and what to expect from an initial consultation.

Initial Consultation ($170)
Your first consultation is where we take the time to understand the whole picture.
During this comprehensive appointment, we’ll explore your current health concerns, health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, medications and supplements, as well as the factors that may be contributing to how you’re feeling.
I’ll also spend time understanding what matters most to you, what you’re already doing well, and what feels realistic within your life. Naturopathic care shouldn’t leave you with an overwhelming list of things to change — your treatment plan will be individualised, practical and designed to meet you where you are.
Follow Up Consultation ($100)
Your return consultation is an opportunity to check in, review your progress and continue building on your treatment plan.
We’ll discuss how you’ve been feeling since your last appointment, what has improved, what may have changed, and how you’ve found implementing your recommendations.
We may also review new pathology or investigation results, reassess your current supplements or herbal medicines, and make adjustments to your treatment plan where needed.
